摘要
简要介绍了注射用磁性材料的国内外发展现状和磁性聚苯硫醚(PPS)材料的特点、技术难点,本文较全面地描述了加工工艺过程中挤出造粒、料筒温度、材料烘干时间、浇口料使用等对材料性能的影响和注射模具的设计及加工,并将其与国际同类产品做了比较,已达国际同类产品水平。
Briefly introduced the developing status of magnetic material for injection and magnetic PPS material characteristics and technical difficulty domestic and abroad, described the process of granules extrusion . barrel temperature, material drying time. the function effect of gate material used and the design and process of injection mold, also made a comparison of the same sort of product from domestic and abroad and research the level of the world.
