摘要
文章针对创业期中小企业的特点,从外部投资者的角度设计选取出适合创业期中小企业特点的评价指标体系,并运用功效系数法、模糊综合评价法对定性和定量指标进行处理,使定性指标定量化,达到定性和定量方法的结合,为外部投资者进行投资决策提供量化依据。
From the point of view of the investors, this article structures the system of evaluation index according to the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises in pioneering period. And then by using the coefficient law of the efficiency, fuzzy comprehensive assessment to deal with the index so as to offer basis of quantizing for the fact that investors make the investment decision.
