摘要
针对电极罩的结构及生产设备的实际情况,设计了实用的多工位级进模。通过分析试模中缺陷的产生原因,对原模具采取了补救措施,最终生产出用户满意的产品。由此,提出对多工位级进模进行模块化设计,是弥补小型企业设备加工制造精度不足的一种有效解决措施。
According to the actual situation of the structure and production equipment of electrical cover, practical multi-station progressive die is designed. Through the analysis of the causes of defects in die testing, remedial measure is applied to the former die and the satisfied product is produced finally. Therefore, it's pointed out that multi-station progressive die modeled design is an effective solution to make up the lack of manufacturing precision of processing equipments of small-scale enterprises.
