摘要
研制了一种高温下转化吸收型干法脱除有机硫的精脱硫剂,考察了使用条件对脱硫性能的影响。结果表明,在进口有机硫≤10000×10-6 、空速≤1000 h-1、压力≥1.0 MPa、H2含量≥2%时,出口总硫<0.1×10-6、工作硫容≥12%。在天然气、石油裂解气等工况条件下的精脱硫应用效果良好。
A fine desulfurizer was developed to convert and absorb organic sulfides at high temperature. We also studied the effect of application conditions on its desulfurization performance. The result showed that sulfur capacity 1000h^-1 ,P ral gas and could be 12%, outlet total sulfides≤0.1×10^-6,at the inlet organic sulfides≤10000×10^-6, SV≤1000h^-1 ,P≥1.0MPa, and concentration of H2≥2%. The fine desulfurizer had been successful used in natural gas and cracking gas.
