摘要
浙江省即将赋予合作社以法人的地位,使之具有有限责任公司的主要特征。本文就如何转型这一问题进行探讨,并提出以转行后的公司型专业合作社为平台,将参与合作社的农民纳入社会保障体系。
A status of the legal person will be recognized for the farmers’ specialized cooperative (FSC) in Zhejiang Province, so that they will have the fundamental features of limited-liability companies. Transformation of this status is discussed in the paper. The author suggests that the company-like cooperative are expected to embrace the member farmers into the social guarantee system
