摘要
由于煤中硫赋存形态和实际操作条件的不同,硫的析出受多种因素的影响。本文通过结合改造后定硫仪的实际燃烧条件来设计正交实验,用以考察不同因素对硫析出的影响。实验结果表明:停留时间对硫析出的影响最大,炉内温度的影响次之,空气流量的影响最小。本文并进一步分别考察了不同停留时间、炉温、空气流量等因素各自对硫析出的影响。
The sulfur realease is affected by many factors because of the different sulfur forms in coal and different practical operation conditions .In order to investigate the sulfur releasing influences of the different factors in detail,the paper designs the orthogonal experiment by combining the practical combustion conditions that the fixed sulfur equipment is reformed in order to research the sulfur release in the different combustion conditions.The results show that the best important factor which affects the released sulfur is the retention time ,the second is the inside furnace's temperature and the least is the flux of air flow.And it also researches the influence of different retention time、inside furnace's temperature and the flux of air flow on the sulfur release.
