摘要
21世纪初,扶贫工作方式和重点发生了新的变化,这一状况,对承德贫困地区的扶贫工作提出了新的要求。经调研,结合承德贫困地区的实际情况,在介绍扶贫模式总体构想的基础上,结合整村推进扶贫模式、生态村建设扶贫模式、生态移民扶贫模式等新的扶贫模式,针对承德贫困地区扶贫模式发展趋势预测进行了论述。
In the early 21st century,the way and the emphasis of poverty alleviation change a lot. According to this condition,new requests for supporting poor group of Chengde are demanded. By investigation and research, this paper analyses the model of supporting poor group and its developing expectation,which is based on the practical situation in Chengde.
