摘要
在分析我国中小企业技术创新特点的基础上,从创新环境、企业家素质、企业创新策略、研发强度、推广能力5个方面构建了评价中小企业技术创新能力新的指标系统,运用模糊综合评判法,提出了对中小企业技术创新能力进行评价的方法,并应用于实践研究,为评价中小企业技术创新能力提供了新的途径。
This paper has analyzed the features of the technological innovation of China＇s tritium and small-slzed enterprises. From innovation surrounding, entrepreneur quality, innovation strategy, development intensity and spreading ability, this paper has constructed an index system for the evaluation of the technological innovation capability of the medium and small-sized enterprises. This paper also puts forward the evaluation methods by way of fuzzy evaluation,paving the way for the new approaches to the evaluation of the techological innovation capability of China＇s medium and small-sized enterprises.
