摘要
竞技体育后备人才资源开发具有开发对象的复杂性、开发过程的系统性、开发内容的全面性和开发手段的专业性等四个方面特点。认识这些特点,有益于提高竞技体育后备人才资源开发的效益。
The result shows, there are complexity of development target, systematicality of development coures, overall of development content, specialization of development means so on four characterisitics in resoures development of competitive sport reserve talent.
