摘要
通过对装置中的玉米秸秆进行运动分析,找出了影响往复切割的因素.通过调节割台倾角、拨禾链角度以及往复割刀到夹持链轮中心的距离,实现了边夹持边切割,从而为提高收获质量提供了理论依据.
The factors that influence reciprocating cutting quality are gained through motion analysis of straw. Reciprocating cutting realizes clamping and cutting at the same time by adjusting the angle of header, the angle of standing grain poking chain and the distance between the center of reciprocating knife and that of lugged gathering chains, which provides theory base to improve harvesting quality.
