摘要
对高校学报的现状及面临的困境进行分析。从高校学报的功能和作用,国家政策对高校学报的支持,网络为高校学报可持续发展提供生存空间3方面分析了高校学报存在的基础。提出了高校学报可持续发展的对策:重视组稿工作,提高学报的学术水平;加强政策导向,发挥窗口功能;突出优秀学科,创建特色栏目;争取成为国际重要检索期刊的刊源;加强高校学报编辑队伍建设。
The article is an analysis of the situation and difficulties of journals of universities and colleges. The functions of related journals, the support from the governmental policies and the network environment constitute the foundation of the journals. In order for the journals to develop, contribution to journals must be well-organized and the academic requirement for them needs to be adjusted. Journals should also serve to interpret and follow governmental policies, priorities must be given to outstanding principles, efforts must be made to establish characteristic columns, and the editorial staff are expected to be better trained. Finally it＇s important to make journals important international magazine index resources.
