摘要
目的研制用白及葡甘聚糖凝胶及清热解毒中药做药膜的双层口腔膜剂。方法白及葡甘聚糖胶加入改良冰硼散摊涂成药膜,在药膜上涂以用PVA和CMC-Na做成的保护膜,制成双层膜剂。结果制成的膜剂具有良好的粘性和柔韧性,在口腔中的溶解时间长,回收率为97.1%,具有缓释效果。结论白及葡甘聚糖胶具有敛疮生肌功效,加之本身具有成膜性,很适合用来制双层膜剂的药膜。
Objective Try to use Rhizoma Betillae glue to make double layered film for treating mouth ulcers. Method Make medicine film with Rhizoma Betillae glue fixed with PVA and CMC-Na. Result The double layered film has good pliancy and adhesion. The medicine film can last 27 minutes, the recovery is 97.1%. Conclusion The Rhizoma Betillae glue film formation is good for making film.
