Surgical treatment for infants with congenital heart disease

摘要 目的:分析外科手术治疗的42例婴儿先天性心脏病(先心病)患者的临床资料,探讨婴儿先心病围术期的处理经验.方法:2002年4月至2004年12月共施行婴儿期先心病外科手术42例,行体外循环39例,非体外循环3例;行根治性手术40例,减状手术2例.结果:术后早期死亡3例,死亡率7.1%.其余患儿随访2~32个月,效果满意.结论:掌握手术时机,注重围术期综合治疗,能明显提高婴儿先心病的临床治愈率. Objective Through analyzing the clinical data of 42 infants with congenital heart disease, to sum up the perioperative mangement on congenital heart disease in infants. Methods From April, 2002 to December, 2004, 42 infants with congenital heart disease were referred to our hospital. They were 27 males and 15 females, aged from 2 months to 12 months, with mean age (7.6 ± 1.3)months. Weight of body ranged from 4.1 kg to 9.1 kg,with a mean body weight (7.3 ± 1.6) kg. There were 39 cases of CPB operations, 3 cases of non-CPB operations. 33 cases were non-cyonatic congenital heart disease in infants, and 9 cases were cyonatic congenital heart disease in infants. Result The operation included reparative procedure ( n = 40), and palliative procedure ( n = 2). 3 died after operation with a mortality of 7.1%. Others were followed-up from 2 months to 32 months with satisfactory results . Conclusion Accurate choice of indications and strengthening the perioperative treatment can improve curative rate of congenital heart disease in infants.
