摘要
大量研究表明植物细胞遭受重金属胁迫后其超微结构会发生不同程度的损伤,主要表现在,高尔基体、内质网、细胞核、叶绿体、线粒体、液泡、质膜等的异常变化.并且植物受胁迫时间越长,重金属离子浓度越高,超微结构的损伤越呈加重趋势.本文综述了重金属对植物细胞超微结构的毒害效应,旨在探讨植物受重金属毒害后其细胞超微结构的变化规律,为植物的重金属毒害机理提供细胞学证据.
A great deal of results indicate that heavy metal stress can cause different damages to plant cell ultrastructure, mainly expresed in the abnormal changes of golgi body, endoplasmic reticulum, nucleus, chloroplast, mitochondria, vacuole and plasma membrane etc. The longer the exposing time or the higher concentration of heavy metals, the much severer the damage to ultrastucture. The paper reviews the toxic effects of heavy metals on ultrastructure of plant cells, in order to investigate the ultrastructural damage rule by heavy metal pollution and supply cytologic evidences of the toxic mechanism of heavy metal on plants.
