摘要
目的制作和评价一种可以被用来对椎体成形术或后凸成形术灌注剂进行生物力学和组织形态学研究的动物椎体骨缺损模型。方法将40个成年新鲜山羊椎体,随机分为5组,每组8个,分别在椎体矢状面中点垂直矢状面方向,用不同直径的钻头横向钻通椎体造成缺损,并在材料试验机测试各椎体的强度和刚度。结果通过测试发现,不同直径骨缺损的椎体,随着缺损直径加大,其强度和刚度呈下降趋势。缺损Φ4 mm组椎体的强度和刚度与正常对照组之间具有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论缺损Φ4 mm山羊椎体模型是一种迄今较为合适的、可以被用来对椎体成形术和后凸成形术的灌注剂进行生物力学和组织形态学研究的动物体外模型。
Objective .To develop and evaluate an biomechanical animal model for filler used in vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty. Motheds Fourty lumbar vertebras harvested from ten fresh mature goat cadavers were evenly assigned to one of five groups. Four groups were drilled in the perpendicular direction to center of the sagittal plane of the vertebra, with the different diameter drills. And the left intact vertebras served as the control. Results It was found that the strength and stiffness of the vertebras with bone defect decreased as the increasing of the bone defect diameter. The strength and stiffness of the vertebras with Ф4 mm defect was decreased in comparsion with the control group in a statistically significanol (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The goat vertebras with Ф4 mm bone defect is a suitable animal model which can be used to study the filler for vertebroplsty and kyphoplasty in biome- chanical and histomorphometry.
