摘要
本文分析了在当前“数字图书馆”建设中所面临的技术、知识、标准规范等方面的难点,指出了高校图书馆在开展数字化建设过程中必须首先解决的优化现有系统、整合业务内容、管理改革等核心问题。并首次提出建立高校图书馆与有关数据公司之间的“数据资源策略联盟”,可以更加有效地推进“数字图书馆”建设。
This paper analyzes the difficulties with construction of digital library, which are believed to involve technology, knowledge and standardization. On this basis, it suggests that the priority of digital library construction in colleges and universities should be to optimize the existent system, integrate services and reform management. It holds that the strategic alliance between institutions of higher learning and data company will push forward digital library construction in an efficient way.
