摘要
笔者通过运用灰色控制系统建模与实证分析的方法,分析了电力消费量、国内生产总值、人口数量、固定资产投资规模、居民消费水平指数5个变量对电力消费弹性系数的影响。通过模型的优化确定了中国电力消费弹性系数的变动范围,为宏观调控与指导电力工业与国民经济的健康发展,提供了参考依据。
Through the application of grey control system and empirical analysis, the paper gives the influence of electric power consumption, GDP, population, scale of investment and residents consumption to the elastic coefficient of electricity consumption, defining the range of the index. It will offer scientific reference for the macro control and healthy development of power industry and national economy.
