摘要
信息技术壁垒作为技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)的重要组成部分,在数字鸿沟日益扩大的情况下,对贸易的影响越来越明显。本文首先介绍了信息技术壁垒的涵义,重点对其产生的原因进行了分析并探讨了其存在的后果,进而提出了当前应对信息技术壁垒的若干对策。
At present, with the increasingly broadening of the digital divide, Information Technology Barriers to Trade （ITBT）, as an important part of Technical Barriers to Trade （TBT）, have great influence on foreign trade. This paper first of all introduces the meaning of ITBT, then analyzes its causes and consequence, at last puts forward some countermeasures to cope with ITBT.
