摘要
针对当前我国图书情报机构在文献信息资源建设方面的实际情况,论述了其当产存在的主要矛盾:入藏电子出版物与入藏印刷品的矛盾;利用因特网信息资源与建设本馆特色馆藏的矛盾;重复订购书刊与缺藏的矛盾;我国加入WTO后需要入藏外文原版书刊与购书经费紧缺的矛盾。并提出了解决这些矛盾的对策。
According to the actual circumstance of document information resource construction of library and information organization in our country this paper discusses the main contemporary contradiction in following aspects ： between the electronic publication collection and printed matter collection, between utilization of Infterenet information resource and building the special collection of the library, between repetitive place an order for books and periodicals and lack collection, between lack of funds of original edition of foreign books and periodicals fater our country joined in the WTO. Some countermeasures to solve there contradictions are nut forward.

陈界（1936-），男，湖南永州人，研究员，研究生导师，1963年毕业于北京大学图书馆学系，现任职于中国人民解放军医学图书馆，发表论文100余篇，主编著作6部，参编著作19部，获军队科技进步三等奖1项。
