摘要
                
                    阐述了攀钢轨梁厂1号加热炉应用高温空气燃烧技术的关键设备和工艺技术,以及高温空气燃烧技术的现场使用效果。生产情况表明,采用高温空气燃烧技术后,1号加热炉煤气单耗比改造前降低了40.3%,比同期生产的2号、3号加热炉分别降低47.1%和42.2%,并提高了钢坯加热质量,改善了工作环境。
                
                This paper described the key equipments and the technology of HACT on reheating furnace of Panggang' s Rail & Beam Plant. The production circs indicates the gas consume was reduced 40.3 than before, and reduced 47.1% than 2^# reheating furnace, and reduced 42.2 % than 3^# reheating furnace.
