摘要
利用溶胶-凝胶法在赤泥质多孔陶瓷滤球表面涂覆TiO2薄膜,采用TG-DTA、XRD、SEM等现代测试技术测试了样品的成分及微观结构;并通过测试其对甲醛和丙酮的分解率研究它的光催化性能。结果表明,经500℃、1 h热处理后的涂覆TiO2薄膜的赤泥质多孔陶瓷滤球具有良好的光催化性能,且膜与赤泥质多孔陶瓷滤球基体结合牢固。
The TiO2 film was coated on red mud porous ceramic filtering ball by sol-gel process in this research. The compositions and the microstructure of the specimens were tested by advanced testing methods such as TG-DTA, XRD and SEM. The decompossition function of the ball on formaldehyde and acetone was examined to investigate its pbotocatalytic activity. The resuits showed that the red mud porous ceramic filtration ball coated TiO2 thin film and heat-treated at 500 ℃ for 1 h had excellent photocatalytic activity and coalescess well with red mud porous ceramic filtration ball matrix.
