摘要
介绍了世界八大公害事件的内容及成因,评述了它们对世界各国环境保护工作的借鉴意义,比较了GDP与绿色GDP之间的根本区别。
The content and the origin of world＇s eight social pollution nuisances are introduced. The warnings from it to environmental protection of different countries are discussed. It makes a basic distinction between GDP and Green GDP, which expounds the present importance and long-term significance if taking Green GDP.
