摘要
研究了产地、树龄、部位以及贮存时间对马占相思树皮单宁含量的影响。结果表明:不同产地的该种树皮的单宁含量差异较大;树龄对树皮的单宁含量影响较明显,随着树龄的增加,单宁含量逐渐减少;从主干的根部往顶部,树皮的单宁含量逐渐降低,非单宁含量逐渐增加;贮存时间的延长,单宁含量减少,因此,贮存时间不能过长。研究结果表明马占相思树皮是适合工业生产的一种优良栲胶原料。
The tannin content in the bark of the Acacia mangium with different habitats, ages, places and store times was investigated. It was found that the tannin content differs greatly from different habitats. The bark from Guangxi Baise, Guangxi Nanning, Guangdong Zhanjiang and the Haifang of Vietnam contains 40.1% , 38.1% , 37.2% and 35.6% of tannin, respectively. The bark of 3 - 7 ages contains 33.9% , 29.5%, 25.4% , 23.7% and 21.6% of tannin, respectively. The tannin content reduced with longer store time and in the bark of upper tree body. Results showed that the bark of Acacia mangium is a good raw material for producing vegetable tannin extract.
