摘要
为避免挖坑机传动系统因扭转振动导致强度不足,在对W60型挖坑机的非链状结构进行链状简化的基础上,用动力分析与动态设计方法,建立了系统的动力学模型,求得了系统的前5阶固有频率和对应的主振型,从而获知系统以第2和第4阶模态振动时,机器零件易发生非正常失效。
In order to ensure an enough intensity of a hole digger transmission system to counteract the influence from torsional vibration, the dynamic analysis and design methods were adopted for torsional vibration of a hole digger. The structure of a W - 60 tractor rear was simplified and its dynamic model was established. The natural frequencies and principal modes of vibration were obtained from above model. The results show that some spare parts of the hole digger will damage abnormally If the system vibrate in its second or fourth principal mode.
