摘要
开架制的功能作用与社会效果虽被认可,但是开架管理却给高校图书馆带来了一些困扰。本文提出要制定严格的开架管理规章制度;建立、健全“代书板”制度;严格实行色标管理;深化内部管理,提高管理人员素质;加强对读者的教育和引导等方面的措施。
The function and social effect of the open-shelf system are recognized, but this system also brings some worries to college libraries. This article suggests that strict open-shelf management regulations should be made, ＂Book Replacement Board＂ system be established and perfected, color code management be rigidly implemented, internal management be improved, the quality of managing staff be enhanced and the education and the guidance of readers be reinforced.
