摘要
以绿色物流理论、生态经济学理论等为基础,以东北老工业基地振兴为区域发展的契机,结合“金融生态环境”这一全新概念,系统分析东北老工业基地的金融发展问题及产生困境的深层原因,提出振兴东北老工业基地、促进现代企业向绿色物流管理方向发展的区域金融生态环境建设具体措施。
On the base of the theories of greert logistics and ecological economics, taking the opporunity of regional development by revitalizing the old norther.st industrial base. in combination with the new concept financial ecology, rite paper systematically analyzes the financial problems of developing the old northeast industrial base and the deeper reasons that bring about the difficulties.
