摘要
[目的]掌握周口市人群重要寄生虫感染现状和流行特征。[方法]2002年10月,按照《全国人体重要寄生虫病现状调查》实施细则,选择扶沟、淮阳和郸城县,每个县选取3个自然村为调查点,每点抽取550人为调查对象;在淮阳县另选择2个自然村为旋毛虫病调查点,各村问卷调查500人以上并做血清学检测;从淮阳县抽取760人进行弓形虫血清学调查;在商水县的3个自然村进行囊虫病血清学检测。肠道寄生虫调查用碘液直接涂片法、改良加藤厚涂片法、透明胶纸肛拭法和试管滤纸培养法;旋毛虫、弓形虫和囊虫用ELISA法检测血清抗体。[结果]调查4539人,肠道寄生虫感染率为18.26%,其中蠕虫感染率为10.13%,原虫感染率为9.96%,查出蠕虫7种、原虫8种。人群旋毛虫、弓形虫和绦囊虫抗体阳性率分别为2.50%、8.92%和0%。[结论]与10年前相比,周口市人群肠道寄生虫感染率已经大幅度下降。人群中旋毛虫和囊虫感染水平较低,弓形虫感染相对较高。
[Objective]To understand the prevalence status of main human parasites infection and their characteristic feature in Zhoukou city of He'nan province. [Methods]According to the methods of national investigation scheme, a survey was carried out in October ,2002. 9 villages from Fugou,Huaiyang and Dancheng county evenly were selected as sampiing sites for human intestinal parasites infection and 550 of people from each sites were selected as investigative objects. 1000 of people from two villages evenly for Trichinella spiralis infection in Huaiyang were investigated by questionnaire and serological detection and the other 760 of people from different groups in same county were surveyed for T. gondii infection by serological detection. There are also three villages that were surveyed for Taenia spp. infection by serological investigation. To survey of human parasites iodine-stained smear method , Kato-katz method, adheslve-tape scraping method and fecal culture by fecal examination, were used The serological investigation of Trichinella spiralis and T. gondii and Taenia spp. use ELISA. [Results]The total surveyed people for intestinal parasite is 4 539 and infective rate was 18.26%. The infective rate of human intestinal helminth and protozais 10.13% and 9.96%. Fifteen species of intestinal parasites were found ,including 7 helminth and 8 protoza. The serological positive rate of Trlchinella spiralis and T. gondii and Taenia spp. is 2.50%(25/1 000), 8.92%(63/760)and 0 ,respectively.[Conclusion]Compared with ten years ago , the human parasites infection is decreased remarkably in Zhoukou . The infective rate of Trichinella spiralis and Taenia spp. in the local residents is lower , but the T. gondii infective rate is high relatively .
