摘要
研究了AZ61及AZ61-RE镁合金的微观组织及拉伸性能。实验结果表明,除了β相外,加入RE生成新相Al11RE3。热挤压后,两种合金均因发生了动态再结晶而使晶粒细化。在AZ61-RE合金中获得了更为细小的尺寸为6μm的晶粒,这说明RE在合金的动态再结晶过程中对晶粒细化起到了非常重要的作用。室温拉伸实验表明:热挤压AZ61-RE合金的强度高于AZ61合金的相应强度,而其延展性却稍低于AZ61合金。
The microstructure and tensile properties of AZ61 and AZ60-RE alloys were investigated. It is found that RE brought about precipitation of a new Al11RE3 phase besides β phase. After hot extrusion, both alloys are refined due to dynamic recrystallization. However, a very finer grain with size of 6 μm is obtained m AZ61-RE. This shows that RE has a great effect on grain refining during dynamic recrystallization. Tensile tests at room temperature show that the strength of hot-extruded AZ61-RE is higher than that of AZ61 alloy, whilst ductility of hot-extruded AZ61-RE is a little lower.
