摘要
在常规齿轮CAD模型建造中存在两个问题:一是用样条曲线近似表达渐开线;二是参数不同的同类齿轮要重复建造。文中以渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮为例,介绍了渐开线齿轮CAD参数化模型的构建方法,并在Pro/E系统中将其实现,解决了上述问题。该方法对齿轮以及其它常用标准件参数化模型库的建立提供了方法参考。
Two problems exist in normal construetion of CAD model of gears.First,use spline eurve to fit involute;second,congener gears with different parameters will be established repeatedly.Here we take example for involute cylindrical gear and introduce a method of construction of CAD parameterized model of involute gear.The result of this method,which is achieved in the Pro/E system,shows that the problems presented above are resolved.This method presents a reference for constructing of gears and other standard parts library based on parameterized model.
