摘要
氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定海水中铅,优化了酸度、硼氢化钾和基体改进剂浓度、载气流量、灯电流以及原子化器高度等分析条件,在0—80ng/mL内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999,测量精确度为3%,准确度为101%,回收率达到了95.0%—97.5%。此法具有操作简单、快速、基体干扰少、灵敏度高、重现性好、线性范围宽、结果可靠等优点,适用于海水中铅元素的测定。
The amount of Pb in sea water was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The experimental conditions such as pH, concentrations of KHB4, flow rate, lamp current and the height of atomizer were optimized. The linear range is of 0-80ng/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.999, precision of 3%, accuracy of 101% and recovery of 95%-97.5%. The method is simple, sensitive, reliable, less interference, and suitable for the determination of Pb in sea water.
