摘要
脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)是一种由肾上腺和卵巢自然产生的类固醇荷尔蒙,被国际奥林匹克委员会(IOC)列为禁用的麻醉药品,因而有必要确定人体头发中的DHEA的生理浓度。本文探索以气质联用检测人发中的DHEA的最佳方法,分别得出正常男性和女性的浓度范围,为运动员的检测提供鉴别依据。
Dehydroroi and roserone （DHEA） is a steroid hormone naturternally producde by the adrenal glands and by ovaries, and has been added to the list of doping agents banned by the international olympic committee （IOC）, there is a need to determine the physiological range of DHEA, Physiological concentration of DHEA in human hair for the male and females were found by GC-MS, which is useful in anadolic abuse control.
