摘要
该文通过分析制约企业成长的内外部环境因素,分析公司重构的背景、动因、方式和手段,探讨通过重构手段打破对企业成长的约束,以及企业成长与重构的互动关系,同时探讨了几种通过重构实现企业持续成长的典型路径,并辅以案例进行说明。
This article studies the inner and outer environmental factors that confine the enterprises＇ growth, and analyzes the background, motivation, methods and means of corporate restructuring. It tries to find out how to break the restriction on enterprises＇ growth through corporate restructuring, and probes into the mutual relationship between enterprises＇ growth and corporate restructuring. Besides, this article also discusses some typical paths of realizing enterprises＇ sustainable growth through corporate restructuring, exemplified with case studies.
