摘要
建立了HPLC法测定加替沙星眼用凝胶剂含量及有关物质。采用C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.3mol/L三乙胺(1∶4,用磷酸调至pH4.5),检测波长为293nm。在4～20μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率100.5%,RSD为1.6%。
A HPLC method for determination of gatifloxacin and its related substances in ophthalmic gel was established. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.3mol/L triethylamine （1：4, adjusted pH to 4.5 with phosphoric acid）, at the detection wavelength of 293nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 4 - 20μg/ml, The average recovery was 100.5% with RSD of 1.6%.
