摘要
采用普遍调查问卷和调研组实地个别调研的方式对中央企业安全生产管理现状进行了调研,分析了中央企业在安全管理机构和人员、安全教育培训、应急救援工作、重大危险源和重大隐患管理等安全管理工作方面存在问题,并针对这些问题提出了改善中央企业安全生产管理工作的建议措施,以期提高中央企业安全管理工作水平。
Through questionnaires and visiting in location of state-owned key enterprises, The research team made a great deal of statistics and analysis, we can find some kinds of problem in state-owned key enterprises work safety management on the aspects of people and institution of safety management, safety education, emergency, major hazard and major hidden trouble management etc. In order to elevate state-owned key enterprises work safety management level, this paper gave some useful advises to solute the problem we had found.
