摘要
企业内的知识转移与共享是知识资本持续增值与价值实现的关键环节。而知识转移与共享的效率取决于员工个体的相互信任、自愿合作、奉献及环境。针对传统激励模式的局限性,本文根据Charles Ehin总结的人类天性的有关理论,提出了环境激励的概念,构建了新的激励模式。
The knowledge transferring and sharing within corporation is one of the key links for the continuous value addition and value realization for knowledge capital. And the efficiency for knowledge transferring and sharing is pending on the reciprocal trust, voluntary cooperation, devotion and environment. In view of the limitation of traditional motivation pattern this paper raised the concept of environmental motivation, and constructed a new concept motivation mode, based on relevant theories on human nature concluded by Charles Ehin.
