高校人事制度改革的紧迫性、改革面临的主要问题、改革的内容和目标要求以及改革的配套措施;改革的任务、原则、方法和要求。
The reform of personal system is the center of university management system, which concludes fixing the mechanism of organizations in accordance with the law, setting up positions scientifically, distributing talents resources reasonably, adjusting distribution system of the interests and logistics socializing reform, etc. This paper analyzes the task, the principle, the measures and the goal of university personnel system by studying the urgency, the main problems, the content, the goal and requirements and the measures of university personnel system reform.
