摘要
地质遗迹资源是珍贵的不可再生的自然资源。“暂缓开发”是开发利用地质遗迹资源的一个重要原则。在开发利用地质遗迹资源时,如果不具备保护条件,就暂缓开发利用。
Geological vestiges resources are non - regenerative precious ones. Putting off development should be an important principle of the development of geological vestiges resources. The development without conditions for production should be put off.
