摘要
以F45V非调质钢的成分为基础,对不同硅含量非调质钢的成分筛选试验表明,适当降低碳含量、增加硅含量,可在强度不降低的前提下提高钢的韧性。成分为w(C)=0.38%,w(Si)=0.69%,w(Mn)=0.83%,w(V)=0.093%的非调质钢强度适中、韧性最好。在成分筛选试验的基础上提出了F40SiV非调质钢新钢种的成分并进行了半工业性试验,用F40SiV非调质钢制作了大规格棒材和柴油机齿轮。
In order to increase the toughness of non-quenched and tempered engineering steels, based on the composition of 45V steel, a test steel was designed with reduced carbon and increased silicon content. The results showed that this is a right way and at the same time the strength is not reduced. The composition of 0.38%C-0.69%Si-0.83%Mn-0. 093%V is optimal for reasonable strength and high toughness. Based on the experiment, a new steel grade, F40SiV non-quenched and tempered engineering steel was proposed and the pilot experiments were performed. The large bars and the gears of diesel engine were made from F40SiV non-quenched and tempered engineering steel
