摘要资源流动能够改变地区的资源禀赋,推动地区产业的发展和产业结构的优化,并有利于区域创新系统的构建和发展,这些因素的共同作用则推动了区域持续竞争优势的形成和提升。同时,区域持续竞争优势的形成和发展对吸引资源流入、优化区域产业结构等也有非常重要的意义。资源流动过程是一个动态的不断上升的过程,也是区域持续竞争优势形成和提升的过程。 Resources fluxion can change the resources endowment of a region, promote the development of regional economy and the improvement of industrial structure, and it can be advantageous to the formation and development of the regional innovation system. All of these factors can promote the formation and improvement of the regional sustained competitiveness. At the same time, the formation and development of regional sustained competitiveness is very important to resources afflux and improvement of industrial structure. Resources fluxion is a dynamic state process that develops continuously and spirally, and it is also a process of regional sustained competitive advantage formation and improvement.
