摘要
张之洞幕府是晚清重要的督抚幕府,它不仅是当时各类人才聚集之地,而且随着府主张之洞在清季政坛的崛起,逐步建立起各类幕府专职机构,代行了地方政府的诸多职能,在地方新政改革实际运作中起到了枢纽作用,充当了近代地方新旧官僚体制转变的桥梁。
Zhang Zhidong＇s Mufu is very important among these of viceroy＇s in the Late Qing dynasty. Along with the promotion of Zhang Zhidong, it had changed in functions, organizations and personnel, acted as the hinge of the local reform and the bridge of the modern transformation of provincial administration system, and had a great influence on the development of the modern Chinese local government.
