灵芝孢子和云芝对大鼠脊髓受损伤运动神经元存活的影响

摘要 目的探讨灵芝孢子和云芝对大鼠脊髓受损伤运动神经元存活的影响。方法分别对单侧腹根(L3~L5)切断后的SD大鼠胃饲灵芝孢子(8g·kg-1·d-1)和云芝,对照组胃饲相同剂量的溶剂,35d后计算各组大鼠脊髓受损伤的运动神经元存活率。结果腹根切断后35d,对照组、灵芝孢子组和云芝组的大鼠脊髓受损伤的运动神经元存活率分别为46.74%、81.67%和63.48%。结论灵芝孢子和云芝都能促进大鼠脊髓受损伤的运动神经元存活,但灵芝孢子的作用可能优于云芝。 Objective To explore the effects of Ganoderma spore and Polystictus versicolor on survival of injured motor neurons in rat spinal cord. Methods Ganoderma spore or Polystictus versicolor (8 g·kg^-1·d^-1) was irrigated into the rats' stomach respectively in Ganoderma spore group and Polystictus versicolor group after unilateral ventral roots (L3-L5) were cut, and the solvent of the same dosage was irrigated into the rats' stomach in control group. The survival ratio of injured motor neurons in the rats spinal cord were counted in each group with neutral red staining. Results The survival ratio of injured motor neurons in the rats spinal cord was 46.74%, 81.67%, and 63.48% respectively in control group, Ganoderma spore group and Polystictus versicolor group 35 days after ventral roots were cut. Conclusion Both Ganoderma spore and Polystictus versicolor promote the survival of injured motor neurons in rat spinal cord, but the effect of Ganoderma spore may be better than that of Polystictus versicolor.
