摘要
点支承开孔玻璃板承受垂直于板面的均布荷载时,开孔周围分布着较大的集中应力,显著影响着玻璃板的承载性能。目前国内外对于点支承单层玻璃板孔边应力的研究较多,但关于中空玻璃板孔边应力的研究尚不多见。本文利用有限元方法求解四点支承中空玻璃孔边最大应力,讨论了孔边最大应力对于玻璃板承载性能的影响,指出孔心边距以及外、内片厚度对于孔边应力都有较大的影响,并与试验结果进行比较分析,对点支承中空玻璃的设计作出了必要建议。
When loaded with lateral pressures, the point-supported glass panel possesses relatively large concentrating stresses around its holes. The stress distribution around holes affects the bearing property greatly. Correlated studies are mainly focused on the monolayer units, while studies on the insulating units are still limited. This paper calculates the maximum around-the-hole stresses of the point-supported insulating glass units with finite element method, and discusses its effect on the bearing property. This paper points out that the thicknesses of outer and inner panels, and the distance from the hole to the edge have influence on the around-the-hole stresses distinctly. Comparisons with the experimental measurements were made, and some advices for the design work are were proposed.
