摘要
我国的和平崛起战略主要是争取和利用和平的国际环境来发展自己。由于跨界民族使我国的民族问题具有国际性,它直接影响我国与周边国家的关系,影响我国边疆的稳定。跨界民族问题也是美国等国际反华势力和组织干涉我国内政,阻挠我国和平发展的主要借口,直接影响我国和平崛起的国内环境和国际环境。我们必须从战略高度重视解决跨界民族问题,尤其是加大跨界民族地区的经济和社会的全面发展,使我国各族人民共同走向小康社会。
One of the straties of peaceful rising for our country is to make use of the peaceably international environment to develop ourselves. The essential characteristics of transnational ethnic groups in China are of their importance, internationalization, complexity and protraction, it directly affect relation among our country and neighboring countries, and the stability of our country＇s border. Border- across Ethnic Issues is also a reason for international hostility forces and organizes. We must solve these problems, especially by accerlating the econonical and social development in border- across countries.
