摘要
近年来,校园教育科研活动如火如荼,令人欣慰。研究成果虽多,但总体质量却不高。利益驱动、道德滑坡和管理失当等因素是造成学术论文造假现象的重要原因。遏制造假行为要在强化管理制约、弘扬求实精神、强调成果质量和提高学术道德等方面下功夫。
Recently, the education and scientific research on campus develop like n raging fire, which makes people pleasant. Though there are a lot of achievements in scientifie research, the genecal quality is not high. The main causes of this fakement phenomena lie in the factors of being prompted by profit, of the loss of morality and of incorrect administration. To control this behaviour, we should strengthen administration, develop matter-of- fact attitude, stress on the quality of achievemem and improve research morality.
