摘要
探讨支撑吻合管在肛门狭窄中的治疗效果．回顾性总结分析32例肛门狭窄在手术治疗的同时置支撑吻合管的作用。32例病人全部一期愈合，无并发症，无复发。结果表明．肛门狭窄术中应用支撑吻合管有减少感染和其他并发症的临床效果。
The objective of this study was to evaluate the therapeutic effect of supporting anastomotic tube in the treatment of anal stricture. Data of 32 cases with anal stricture and the effect of seting the supporting anastomotic tube （during surgical operation ）were sumarized retrospectively. As results, all the 32 cases were primarily cured without complications ＆ recurrence. It is shown that the application of supporting anastomotic tube during surgical treatment of anal stricture is of the clinical effect of reducing infection ＆ complications.
