摘要
通过对比分析新老高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程,阐明新规程须重点掌握的内容,提出须进一步补充完善的建议。
The main points of new specification are discussed by comparing the present and previous technical specification for concrete structures of high-rise building. Some advanced and constructive suggestions are put forward in this paper.
