Researching Progress of Magnetic Head Ultra-thin Gas Film Lubrication in Hard Disk

摘要 介绍硬盘磁头发展状况以及超薄气膜润滑理论的研究现状,提出超薄气膜润滑研究中存在的问题,如10nm以下飞行间隙的润滑理论模型、超薄气膜润滑有效的数值计算方法,以及建立飞行高度试验台和开发磁头气体轴承设计分析软件模块等问题,并介绍一种新型有效的计算磁头磁盘超薄气膜的数值计算方法。 The development status of magnetic head and research status of ultra-thin gas film lubrication theory were introduced, and the questions were pointed out which exist in the ultra-thin gas film lubrication research, such as lubrication model at the space of 3 - 10 nm, stability numerical calculate method, setting up flying height test-bed and impoldering software module for designing magnetic head gas bearing etc. A novel numerical calculation method was introduced.
