摘要
由于跃进式的发展速度和法律环境等原因,与西方相比,中国企业联盟的成功率不高。所以,构建联盟的保障体系、提升联盟的质量是当务之急。该体系主要包括操作程序、治理结构、协调手段、利益分配、社会服务等。
Because of the quickly developing speed and the legal environment etc,, the success rate of the Chinese Coalition of Companies is not high compared with the West. Facing the fierce global competition day by day, we must build the security system of the Chinese Coalition of Companies as soon as possible, and the improvement of the guahty of the Chinese Coalition of Companies is the most important task, This system mainly includes operating sequence, adminestrative structure, coordinate means, distribution of interests and community service etc.
