摘要
矿质肥料的施用显著地增加了杉木苗根区土壤的微生物数量。微生物总数3个处理氮、磷钾、氮磷钾分别是对照的2.29倍、1.41倍和2.89倍。其中细菌增加幅度最大,其次是真菌。矿质肥料对非根区土的微生物数量无明显影响。矿质肥料对杉木苗根区土壤酶活性影响较复杂。脲酶和蔗糖酶的活性不受矿质肥料影响。磷钾和氮磷钾处理均能显著提高蛋白酶活性。单施氮肥能很好激活磷酸酶,而氮磷钾混施特别是磷钾混施不仅不能增强其活性,反而对磷酸酶起到抑制作用。施用矿质肥料还能有效地降低杉木苗根区土壤多酚氧化酶的活性。同时矿质肥料在一定程度上降低了非根区土各类酶的活性。
Microbal number at the root region soil under
Chinese fir seedlingwas greatly increased after applyiilg mineral fertilizer,Under N,PK andNPK

fer-tilizers were responsible for the complex changes of enzymitic activities ofsoil.For
instance,urease and sucrase were not affected by fertilizers.Un-der PK and NPK
treatments,protease was greatly activited.Phosphatasecould be prominently activited only
applying N Under PK,espectively NPK,however,phosphatase was not activited but
unactivited,After usingmineral fertilizers,polyphenol oxidase at the root region soil became
moreunactive,and every kinds of enzyme was unactivited at the nonroot regionsoil in some
extent.
