摘要
甘肃省发展绿色产业是适应世界产业发展潮流、国家宏观产业政策调整、西部大开发战略实施以及甘肃生态环境建设需要的必然选择。甘肃省发展绿色产业必须以市场需求为导向,以特色产业为基础,以龙头企业为核心,以科技进步为动力,以可持续发展为目标。通过树立正确的绿色产业发展观,完善绿色产业的组织管理体系,增强绿色产业的市场竞争能力,强化绿色产业的人才队伍建设,构建绿色产业的市场网络体系以及扩大绿色产业的对外合作与交流来促进甘肃绿色产业的全面发展。
To develop Green industry is the inevitable choice of Gansu, because that suits the needs of the world industry development wave, the industry policy adjustment of China, the strategy implement of western development and the eco-environment construction of Gansu. Green industry development of Gansu should take market demands as its guidelines, the distinctive industries as its base, the key leading enterprises as its core, the progress of scientific technology as its motivation, the sustainable development as its aim. By setting up correct development idea, improving organization management system, enhancing market competition ability, strengthening talent group construction, forming market net system and widening foreign cooperation and exchange to promote the comprehensive development of green industries in Gansu.
